Industry Pain Points and Your Challenges
In the 10kV power distribution system, traditional Oil Immersed Transformers have unavoidable safety hazards: Industry statistics show that 35% of transformer failures are caused by aging insulating oil, and 7% of these lead to fire accidents. What's more serious is that when oil-immersed structures are installed in enclosed spaces such as Box Type Substations, additional explosion-proof and pressure relief devices need to be equipped, resulting in a 25% increase in project total investment. Have you long been facing the heavy pressure on maintenance personnel to monitor oil leakage in oil-immersed equipment, as well as the high premium requirements from insurers for special fire insurance?
Our innovative solution
The SC12 series 10kV/80kV Dry Type Transformer adopts the vacuum pressure impregnation process and achieves F-class temperature rise operation margin through the H-class insulation system. The patented cooling air duct design combined with NOMEX paper insulation material ensures that the product maintains an insulation resistance of >1000MΩ even in a relative humidity of 95%. The fully sealed structure perfectly meets the compact space requirements of various Box Type Substations and does not require additional fire protection facilities.
Actual performance verification
Data from the National Electrical Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center:
The no-load loss is 35% lower than the national standard (as per GB 20052 standard)
The local discharge is less than 5 pC (exceeding IEC 60076 standard)
Compared with Oil Immersed Transformer: The annual operation and maintenance cost is reduced by 62% Product Features
Intelligent temperature control system: Automatic switching between forced air cooling and natural cooling modes
Anti-condensation design: Pre-installed PT heating device at the bottom of the winding
Environmentally friendly materials: 100% recyclable insulation materials are used
Usage tips
① Clean the heat dissipation channels with compressed air regularly (suggested quarterly maintenance) ② Start the heating dehumidification function when the environmental humidity exceeds 85% ③ Avoid direct installation in environments with a large amount of metal dust
After replacing 32 transformers in a certain data center project, the actual measurement results were:
The downtime caused by electrical faults has been reduced by 81%
The area occupied by Box Type Substation has been saved by 40%
The annual power loss has been reduced by 42,000 kilowatt-hours
This dry-type transformer is like the "security guard" of the power distribution system. Its outstanding fireproof performance and energy-saving features are redefining the selection standards for modern power equipment. From commercial complexes to hospitals and medical facilities, our solutions provide round-the-clock power supply guarantees for critical loads.
