Customized Solutions: Adapting to Global Diverse Scenarios and Creating Exclusive Value for Customers

With the rapid development of global new energy, data centers, electric vehicle charging infrastructure and other fields, the demand for transformers is becoming more and more diversified. We have a professional R&D team  , who have in-depth research and rich experience in transformer design, material application and scenario adaptation. According to the different needs of customers, we can customize transformers with different capacities (15kVA-500MVA), cooling methods and installation methods, including pad-mounted, pole-mounted and skid-mounted designs, to meet the needs of different application scenarios such as power utilities, substations, industrial plants, data centers, photovoltaic and wind power generation.


For extreme environmental conditions in different regions, we have developed targeted solutions. For transformers used in African desert areas, we adopt fully sealed structure (IP56 protection level) and high-temperature resistant materials that can withstand 55℃, and are equipped with intelligent temperature control systems to ensure stable operation in high-temperature and dusty environments. For transformers used in high-altitude areas, we increase the external insulation distance by 20% and equip them with forced air cooling measures to adapt to the harsh environment of low air pressure and large temperature difference. For coastal areas, we adopt anti-corrosion and anti-salt spray protection technology to extend the service life of products in corrosive environments.


In emerging fields such as AI data centers and new energy, we have also achieved technological breakthroughs. For AI data centers with high load power demand, we have developed solid-state transformers (SST), which have an efficiency of more than 96%, a volume reduced by 90%, and can achieve millisecond-level voltage regulation, perfectly adapting to the high-voltage architecture of high-performance computing equipment such as NVIDIA 800V. For photovoltaic and wind power generation projects, our transformers have the characteristics of low loss and high stability, which can effectively improve the efficiency of new energy power transmission and help the large-scale grid connection of renewable energy.
