The product has excellent safety and environmental adaptability, adopting a three-layer protective structure. The outer layer is made of thickened galvanized steel plate with anti-corrosion and weather-resistant coating, which can resist strong typhoons, salt spray corrosion and ultraviolet aging; the middle layer is filled with high-temperature fireproof and heat-insulating materials to block high-temperature heat conduction and prevent fire spread; the inner layer adopts full-insulation and fully-sealed design to isolate dust, rainwater and moisture, effectively avoiding equipment failure caused by external environmental interference. It can operate stably in extreme environments such as high temperature, severe cold and heavy rain all year round.
In terms of intelligent operation and maintenance, our box-type transformers are equipped with built-in high-precision temperature and humidity monitoring systems and automatic heat dissipation and dehumidification devices. The real-time data monitoring function realizes intelligent early warning of over-temperature, overload and line faults, which is convenient for remote operation and daily maintenance, greatly reducing manual inspection costs and improving operation safety.
