Products Description
Product Features
Structural Design: Our company produces three-phase three-limb amorphous alloy dry-type transformers, inheriting the advantages of cast dry-type transformers with a more reasonable structure and more reliable performance.
Low Loss: The no-load loss of this product is only 40% of that of SCB10-type products, featuring excellent energy-saving effects, cost-effective operation, and maintenance-free performance.
Low Noise: The noise level of this product is 10–15 decibels lower than the current industry standard JB/T10088-2016 (Sound Level for 6–220kV Transformers).
Low Partial Discharge: The resin mixture adopts two advanced foreign technologies—state-of-the-art mixing methods and vacuum thin-film degassing—to ensure uniform mixing and complete elimination of bubbles in the mixture. The product has extremely low partial discharge (controlled below 5PC). Both high- and low-voltage coils are cast under vacuum and pressure, making the resin insulation both fully encapsulated and interlayer-impregnated. The casting body has a dense cured structure, and is flame-retardant, explosion-proof, and environmentally friendly.
Self-Extinguishing Insulation: The glass fiber and other insulating materials wrapping the coils are self-extinguishing, so no electric arc will be generated due to short circuits; the resin will not release toxic or harmful gases under high heat.
High Mechanical Strength: The resin with filler minimizes the expansion coefficient difference inside the casting body, resulting in low curing shrinkage, low internal stress, and high hardness of the cured product. Preformed reinforcing materials are placed in the epoxy resin encapsulation layer on the inner and outer surfaces of the high- and low-voltage coils, forming a dense structure similar to reinforced concrete. Thus, its mechanical strength is higher than that of pure epoxy resin, enabling it to withstand sudden short-circuit electrodynamic forces without damage.
