Product Features

  1. The transformer core is stacked with imported high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, which greatly reduces no-load loss and no-load current. The core is bound to ensure its tightness and reduce noise.

  2. The high and low voltage windings are wound with oxygen-free copper:

    • For low-voltage windings: Double-layer cylindrical structure is adopted for 500kVA and below; double-spiral or four-spiral structure is adopted for 630kVA and above.

    • For high-voltage windings: Multi-layer cylindrical structure is adopted.

  3. The transformer connection group adopts Dyn11, which reduces the impact of harmonics on the power grid and improves power supply quality.

  4. The transformer has a fully sealed structure, which extends service life, and requires no core lifting or maintenance.

  5. The measured noise value is lower than the standard.

After normal transportation, this series of transformers can be installed with relevant components, undergo acceptance tests, and be put into operation after passing the tests without core lifting inspection.

Product Overview

The S11-M series fully sealed oil-immersed power transformers developed and produced by our company have the advantages of low loss, low noise and high efficiency, which can achieve good energy-saving effects and reduce pollution.

Compared with ordinary oil-immersed transformers, the fully sealed transformer cancels the oil conservator. The change of oil volume is automatically adjusted and compensated by the elasticity of the corrugated sheets of the corrugated oil tank. The transformer is isolated from air, which prevents and slows down oil deterioration and insulation aging, enhances operational reliability, and requires no maintenance during normal operation.
