Product Overview
Low Loss: The three-dimensional wound core oil-immersed transformer features low magnetic resistance (no seams), consistent magnetic path direction at corners with the grain orientation of silicon steel sheets, high winding tightness and filling coefficient, and light core weight. Compared with traditional core oil-immersed transformers, its no-load loss (Po) can be reduced by 18%–28%, and no-load current (Io) can be reduced by 50%–60%, resulting in significant energy-saving effects and high operational economy.
Low Noise: The noise level of the three-dimensional wound core oil-immersed transformer is 5–10 decibels lower than that of laminated core oil-immersed transformers, making it an ideal quiet product.
High Mechanical Strength: The three-dimensional wound core adopts a perfect circular cross-section, which has better short-circuit withstand capability than a rounded cross-section. In addition, the iron block coverage rate is high and the clamping effect is excellent, greatly improving the product’s short-circuit resistance.
