Product Features

The basic frame of the device adopts a C-profile combined structure. All structural components of the frame are either galvanized or made of aluminum-zinc coated steel. They are fastened together with self-tapping locking screws (Grade 8.8 hexagonal screws) to form the basic frame. Then, corresponding doors, sealing plates, partitions, mounting brackets, busbars, functional units and other components are added according to scheme requirements to form a complete device. The dimensions of internal components and compartments follow a modular standard (modular unit E=25mm). The cabinet protection class ranges from IP3X to IP4X.

The MNS-type low-voltage complete switchgear (hereinafter referred to as "the device") is a product designed and developed based on imported switchgear. It is suitable for AC 50 (60) Hz systems with a rated working voltage of 660V and below, and is used for the control of power generation, transmission, distribution, power conversion and power-consuming equipment.

This device can be configured into cabinet frame structures and drawer units of different schemes. It uses high-strength flame-retardant engineering plastic components, which effectively enhance protection and safety performance. The drawer units feature small size, strong functionality, high interchangeability, easy replacement and maintenance, and reliable contact.
